Do you charge per agent?
No. Team seats are unlimited on every plan, including Starter. Invite support, sales, the founder and the weekend cover — the price does not move. You are priced on the AI workload, not your headcount.

What happens if I run out of AI messages?
AI replies pause until the next cycle or an upgrade. There is no overage bill and no surprise invoice — you decide whether to upgrade, not us. On Scale there is a third option: bring your own AI key, and messages are unlimited on your own provider account.

Can I bring my own AI key?
Yes, on Scale. Paste your own OpenRouter key in Billing and the AI runs on it instead of ours: unlimited AI messages, billed by your provider at their rates, and you can switch back to managed AI anytime. Starter and Growth run on managed AI only, with their included allowances.

Which plan do I need for WhatsApp?
Growth and up. Starter covers the website chat widget, the shared inbox with live hand-off, and your support email. Growth adds WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and LINE.

Can I run more than one brand?
From Growth, yes: 3 workspaces on Growth and 10 on Scale. Each workspace has its own AI agent, knowledge base, branding, business hours and channels — useful if you are an agency running desks for several clients.
