Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Freyja website, chat agent and configuration console (together, the "Service") provided by SitePoint Systems ApS ("Freyja", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Freyja is an embeddable AI chat agent with human hand-off. It answers from a configurable knowledge base, replies at a human-like pace, and can route conversations to a human team. Features evolve over time; we may add, change or remove functionality.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to bind your organisation if you use the Service on its behalf.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service unlawfully or to violate the rights of others.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content.
- Reverse engineer, resell or misrepresent the Service except as permitted by law.
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent technical or usage restrictions.
4. Customer content & data
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and notices for any data you process through Freyja, and for complying with applicable laws (including data protection law). Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. AI output
Responses are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. The Service is provided to assist, not to replace, professional judgement.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third parties (for example OpenRouter and Missive). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
7. Fees
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and may suspend access where necessary to protect the Service or comply with law.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by SitePoint Systems ApS and its licensors. These Terms grant no rights to our trademarks or to the Service except the limited right to use it as intended.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Customer Content after a reasonable period.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and the courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date; continued use after changes means you accept them.
